Here’s how it works

Monthly Access:

This is the minimum you pay each month, regardless of your usage

Monthly Included Call Value:

This is the total amount of value you receive per month for Calls to Mobiles and Landlines in Australia, SMS, MMS, Calls to 13 and 1300, International Calls, GPRS and Voicemail.

How the Cap works:

When you connect to SMSPup Mobile, you will pay a minimum Monthly Access fee that is dependant on whether you have opted in to receive Mobile and Email promotional messages per day. Your Monthly Included Call Value remains the same. It is only when you exceed your Monthly Included Call Value, or when you make calls that are not included in your Monthly Included Call value that additional call charges will apply.

For example: If you opt in to receive up to 5 Mobile and Email promotional messages per day and pay $10 for your Monthly Access, you will receive $130 worth of Monthly Included Call Value. If you use between $1 and $130 worth of included calls, you will only pay $10. Any calls exceeding $130 will incur and additional charge at the standard rates.

Offer Terms and Conditions:

1. You must be 18 years and over to apply for this service.
2. You must be an Australian resident to apply for this service.
3. Only available to credit approved customers.
4. Monthly Included Call Value can only be used for the calls in the “Standard Services” table below.
5. Other fees and charges which are in the “Other fees and charges” table below, are not included in your Monthly Included Call Value. They will be an additional charge above your Monthly Access.
6. Monthly Access and Monthly Included Call Value are subject to a daily prorated calculation in your first and last month.
7. The $19 discount is prorated from the time you opt in or opt out of receiving up to 5 Mobile or Email promotional messages per day.
8. Your Monthly Included Call Value cannot be rolled over to the following month.
9. If you opt in to receive up to 5 Mobile or Email promotional messages per day, then you will pay $10 for your Monthly Access, which will appear as a $19 discount on your invoice.
10. If you opt out of receiving up to 5 Mobile or Email promotional messages per day you will pay $29 for your Monthly Access.
11. By opting out of receiving up to 5 Mobile or Email promotional per day, you will lose any points you have accumulated.
12. In order to continue to receive the $19 discount, you must actively participate in viewing the promotional messages. If you do not actively view 50% or greater of the promotional messages sent to you, SMSPup Mobile reserves the right to remove the $19 discount.
13. Points may be awarded to you for participating in certain activities such as completing surveys or reading and responding to emails. See our Terms of Service for more details.
14. Points are valid for 24 months from the time they are acquired, unless redeemed or otherwise stated.
15. Online Billing Only.
16. Direct Debit only via Credit Card or Debit Card.
17. No Minimum Contract Term.
18. No initial set up charge.
19. All prices are inclusive of GST.
