  • Who is SMSPup Mobile?
    SMSPup Mobile is a brand name of Reward Mobile Pty Ltd. Our network is powered by Vodafone so you still get excellent coverage all around Australia and have access to services such as Voicemail and Global Roaming.
  • How can SMSPup Mobile offer such great value?
    The value in your Cap plan is paid for by the brands that advertise with us, so this means we can offer you a Mobile service with plenty of included calls for a small amount per month.
    You not only get a huge included call amount with our Cap plan, you also get points for receiving and viewing Email and Mobile promotional messages.
  • What do you do with the information I provide in the sign up process?
    There are two main reasons why we collect your information. The first is to see if you are eligible for the mobile service; the second is SO that we can tailor the promotional messages to you. So you get more of the stuff you’re interested in and less of the stuff you’re not. If you’re into travelling OR music, we’ll send you messages on travelling AND music. And they’re not just ads, they could also be special offers and vouchers too. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
  • What sort of advertising and promotional messages will I receive?
    The messages we’ll send you will only come from SMSPup Mobile and from advertisers who we trust and who we know can offer you a great deal.
  • How often will you send me promotional messages?
    If you have opted in to receive promotional messages, you will receive up to 5 Mobile OR Email promotional messages per day.
  • How secure is the personal information I provide to SMSPup Mobile?
    SMSPup promises to keep your personal information private and secure. Refer to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for more details.
  • Can I keep my existing number, even if I currently use a pre-paid service?

    Yes, you can transfer your number to SMSPup Mobile from a post-paid or pre-paid service. When you call us with your porting details, you will need to give us the account number of your current service. We will not charge you for porting your number, however, you will need to check with your current provider if there are any fees payable under your existing account.

Opt In and Opt Out

  • What if I no longer want to receive promotional messages?
    If you opt out of receiving up to 5 Mobile or Email promotional messages per day you will pay $29 for your Monthly Access. By opting out of receiving up to 5 Mobile OR Email promotional per day, you will lose any points you have accumulated. Your mobile service will remain active.
  • What if I have opted out and am paying $29 Monthly Access and want to begin receiving the Promotional Messages again to receive the $10 Monthly Access?
    If you opt in to receive up to 5 Mobile or Email promotional messages per day, then you will pay $10 for your Monthly Access, which will appear as a $19 discount on your invoice. Your points will then begin to accumulate.

Payment

  • How do I pay for my SMSPup Mobile account?
    It is a requirement for you to pay for your Mobile service through Direct Debit via Debit Card or Credit Card.
  • When do I have to pay for this service? How much do I pay?
    SMSPup Mobile billing period begins on the 15th of every month. You are charged line rental/access fee in advance and all calls in arrears, which is typical of mobile phone billing. The discounts ($19 per month) are also calculated this way. So for example, if you opt in and join on the 10th of the month you pay 5 days worth of line rental plus the following month’s line rental. You will also receive 5 days worth of the $130 monthly call value.

Points

  • What are SMSPup Mobile Points?
    SMSPup Mobile points are the virtual currency used throughout SMSPup Mobile. SMSPup points can be gained by responding to email promotions and online survey invitations. You may also receive SMSPup Mobile points when you receive a Mobile promotion. Also, look out for banners on the site that you can click to earn more SMSPup Mobile points. When you first join SMSPup Mobile and complete the Lifestyle survey, you will be awarded SMSPup Mobile Points to start your account.
  • How can I use my SMSPup Mobile Points?
    SMSPup Mobile Points can be used in our Online Auctions.
  • Can I buy SMSPup Mobile Points?
    No. This is a reward that we offer our customers in addition to the reduced Monthly Access.
  • Do SMSPup Mobile Points have an expiry date?
    SMSPup Mobile points are valid for 24 months from the time they are acquired.

  • How much do international calls cost?
    The following top international destinations are included in your cap value and cost 20c per 15 seconds + 30c flagfall: Bangladesh, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India,Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, UK, USA. Call rates on other international destinations that are not included in your cap value are provided on the 'Mobile Offers' page of this site.
